Ag Eisteacht aspires to an Ireland where all frontline workers are empowered to respond in a
sensitive and focused manner when someone 'turns to' them for support. We are a registered
charity and our mission is to enhance frontline workers' capacity to engage with and support
clients, particularly those in distress. We provide evidence-based training that develops and
strengthens this process.
In your work you may find that you are often ‘turned to’ for support when individuals and
families experience problems and are in distress.
programme will help you engage with clients/parents under stress, assess their needs, respond
in a sensitive and proactive way. In our training we provide an environment where participants
can learn, reflect on themselves as practitioners and their practice, and develop both personally
and professionally.
