Fermoy Friendship Week 2019 “Being Kind to the Environment”.

WEDNESDAY 10th APRIL 2 – 3.30pm – Being Kind to the Environment

Fermoy Friendship week returns again for an action packed week from the 8th – 13th April.    Fermoy Friendship Week has become an annual event in our community calendar and the Fermoy Community Network is delighted to say that they once again have a wonderful calendar of events planned for 2019.  The overall aim of Friendship Week is very simple and that is to promote all things that develop friendship within the community; it provides space over the course of the week that encourages and reminds people to be kind, live kindly and share kindness.

As kindness matters in all areas of our lives, this year the Fermoy Community Network are hosting an information talk in the Palace Theatre at the Youth Centre with the theme of “Being Kind to the Environment”.  Guest speakers for this event are James O’Donovan, Cork Environmental Forum and Paul Kavanagh, Fermoy Tidy Town – this free event takes place on Wednesday 10th April from 2 – 3.30pm.
