Im delighted to announce that we are teaming up with the Cork Sports Partnership & Age and Opportunity to bring the PALs training to west Cork in March, hosting it in Skibbereen. The PALs training is designed to support active older adults to lead and organise physical activity sessions with their groups or peers in a fun and sociable way. Physical Activity Leaders (PALs) was a very active programme and initiative in west Cork over the years and we are delighted with the support to bring it back in 2025.
