Recruitment for Regional Patient and Service User Partnership Groups
HSE South West is establishing a Patient and Service User Partnership Council to ensure the voice of patients and service users informs service design, delivery, and evaluation and to act as an advisory body to the Regional Executive Management Team. The Council will be made of adults who have used, or supported someone else to use, health and social care services in the HSE South West region.
It is important that the Patient and Service User Partnership Council is diverse. We want people with different experiences and perspectives.
In addition, HSE South West is setting up a Patient and Service User Partnership Panel and a Patient and Service User Partnership Mailing List.
We are carrying out a recruitment campaign inviting people living in the HSE South West region to apply. Applications are open for the HSE South West Patient and Service-User Partnership Groups and close on May 26th 2026
Request for staff to share opportunity with their networks
We would like support from health and social care services across the region to promote this opportunity to join the Patient and Service User Partnership Groups.
If you have any queries, please contact Jimmy Burke, Regional Patient and Service User Experience Lead for HSE South West – partnership.southwest@hse.ie; 087 4517250.
Kind regards,
Jimmy Burke
