Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Receive and direct visitors and clients General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Handle and direct requests for information and data Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Development Worker and Management Committee. Attend Launches and assist at Award Presentations Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Maintain office supply inventories Coordinate maintenance of office equipment Coordinate and maintain records for petty cash and input data for Accounts system.
