Rural Social Scheme

Are you a farmer and in receipt of Farm Assist or long-term social welfare payment?
If so, you may qualify for the Rural Social Scheme – a scheme that allows farmers to earn a supplementary income in return for 19.5 hours work per week, undertaken within the community and voluntary sector.
The farmers spouse is also eligible to participate in the scheme as an alternate.
Avondhu Blackwater & IRD Duhallow are currently seeking applicants to fill vacancies.
If you wish to find out more about the Rural Social Scheme or Farm Assist contact Avondhu Blackwater Partnership or IRD Duhallow in confidence on;
