The Fermoy Multiple Sclerosis Society (North & East Cork) is well into preparations for 2021,
though it will be a different year, as it has been since last March. We expect all our fundraising
(Church Gate collections, Flag Days etc) will continue to be on hold as we progress through this
pandemic.
As different times require different solutions and like many others across the charity sector
we grappled with technology but we went Live on Facebook last June for our Annual Galtee Walk
and the officers & committee you elect every year continue work on your behalf to provide
services and supports in the Southern Region
All exercise classes are now available to members online and are hugely successful.
Our Community Workers continue to work from home and are available to our membership in
normal working hours (021-4300001)
MS Information line 1850 233 233 & there are many other supports available on www.ms-
society.ie
Our AGM will be held on Zoom, on Sunday 21st February at 3pm
We are asking members and anyone who has an interest in volunteering to please consider
getting involved in some way with the local branch. If you are interested please
email: msi.fermoy@gmail.com before the 12 th February.
If you wish to make a donation to support the local MS Branch, you can continue to do so
through the Branch link: https://mysplink.com/msireland/msfermoybranch
If you have any queries you can contact
