Invitation to International Learning City Seminar Thursday 11th April 9.15 - 1pm Triskel Christchurch

  

On behalf of Cork Learning City and partners I would like to Invite you to:

Learning for Sustainable Development, our annual International Learning City Seminar that we will host on Thursday 11^th April from 9.15 to 1pm in the Triskel Christchurch, just off Grand Parade, EIRCODE T12 WYY0 as part of Cork Lifelong Learning Festival.

 

The event, which was run previously, is a great opportunity for Learning Cities from around Europe, South Africa, and the United States to share their success stories in an energising format that allows for active exchange between presenters and attendees.

               

Learning City Presentations will include inputs from:

UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning – Katja Rojmer,

Evry Courcouronnes France, Oss Netherlands,

Austin Texas, Lowell Massachusetts USA,  Durban South Africa, Bangkok Thailand,

Cork, Limerick, Belfast, Dublin, Derry Strabane, and Waterford – Irish Network of Learning Cities   

 

The event will conclude at 1pm with a light lunch, teas and coffees.
