Cork Volunteer Centre: Manager

Cork Volunteer Centre provides a service matching individuals who would like to volunteer, with non-profit organisations who involve volunteers in their activities. Advice and support is offered to both volunteers and non-profit organisations through a range of services including information, consultation, volunteer management training and national vetting bureau administration. Cork Volunteer Centre is a non-profit organisation funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development.Cork Volunteer Centre is affiliated with Volunteer Ireland and is a registered charity.
Role: To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Volunteer Centre. To manage, promote, support and deliver the aims and objectives of Cork Volunteer Centre in line with its work plan, ethos and policies.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week. Out of office hours and at weekends work where necessary.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: €42,000 - €45,000 depending on experience.
