Gentle yoga for carers
Due to the popularity of this group we will continue to run it every Wednesday evening 7-8.30pm until Easter. The yoga session is 7-8pm followed by an optional cuppa and chat until 8.30. Its held in Mallow Primary Healthcare Centre and booking is required. To book your place contact Margaret on 086 025 5205.
Carrigaline Alzheimer Café

Blackwater Family Carers Support Meetings
Please see attached information on monthly support meetings that take place in Fermoy and Mitchelstown. These meetings are not dementia specific but may be of interest.
Research request
A PHD student from Athlone IT has been in touch as she wishes to recruit people with dementia and their families to interview them about physical activity. If you are interested in participating please contact Niamh directly (contact details attached)
