Thanks to the Nash Family
Huge thanks to the Nash Family for hosting the wonderful Hooly in Ballyhooly earlier this month. The weather was on our side and we had a fantastic time walking in Ballyhooly Woods, led by Pat Nash. This was followed by an unbelievable spread and musical entertainment in the Ballyhooly Community Centre. An incredible €1400 was raised for the North Cork Dementia Alliance. We are so grateful to the Nash Family for all their hard work in making it such an enjoyable day.
FTD Brothers
Some of you may have seen recent publicity about Jordan Adams who is running 33 marathons in 33 days, including one in every county in Ireland. This is to raise awareness of dementia and to raise funds for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
He is coming to Cork on Monday 18th May and we want as many people as possible to get behind him.
Keep an eye on our social media over the coming weeks to find out how you can get involved. You can also follow his journey on his social media page @theftdbrothers.
I have attached a summary of the dates for May.
