• Understand the essential elements of good governance for non-profits
• Identify the key legal duties of charity trustees
• Understand the Charities Regulator's Governance Code requirements
• Apply the Code in their organisations.
• Provide an overview of the 2018 GDPR regulation and what the organisations need to do to become and remain complaint.
