This is a FREE event, but you do need to register in advance by phone or email (all details on the posters).
I attended the Keep Well, Keep Movin’ Health festival held in Midleton earlier this year and I have to say it was a really wonderful event; there were great speakers and loads of information stands in attendance on the day.
