The last Leadership Academy Breakfast Club of the year will visit the beautiful Nano Nagle Centre in Cork on Thursday 14 December 2023 from 9.30 to 11am and will explore the topic, Leaders and Legacies.
Most of us wonder what kind of legacy we will leave behind, but what about those leaders who went before us and whose legacies continue on? And what about the leaders responsible for stewarding those legacies?
This month we are joined by Claire Mac Evilly, CEO of Airfield Estate and John Smith, CEO of Nano Nagle Place. We will discuss what it is like to be a Leader in an organisation that already has a huge leadership legacy and how we can honour these legacies while still building our own.
