Event Details- in partnership with The North Cork Rural Community Health Project in Avondhu Blackwater Partnership CLG in Castletownroche and the HSE Health Promotion Department 

Muintir na Tire, Community Alert Programme, will be offering Free laser ID tagging to small equipment such as Tractor GPS systems, laptops, e-bikes, e-scooters and battery packs. All you need is your Driver's License unique number. Although this does not prevent items from being stolen. It does increase the chances of getting your property back! 

• DASH- Drugs, Alcohol and Sexual Health Mobile Unit, available to offer private confidential advice 

• Cardiac health Screening
• Cancer prevention Screening
• Quit Smoking Support, Nicotine Replacement Therapy is available Free when you sign up to a stop smoking support programme with an advisor. 
• Hearing Checks, with Blackberry Hearing, Studies have shown that untreated hearing loss is a increased factor in developing dementia, as without sounds and stimulation the brain trends to go 'quiet'

• National Adult Literacy Agency- Offer Free courses, brush up on reading, writing, maths of technology. Or perhaps volunteer as a tutor?
