Healthy Age Friendly Homes Coordinator, Norah Conway to chat with Mallow

community, and surrounding areas in this regard, on:

Monday: 19th May

Time: 10 am – 1 pm

Venue: Lombard Room, Mercy Centre, Mallow

Norah’s role in the community is: to carry out a home- based assessment, and, in

partnership with the older person, will identify and design a range of supports to

enable the older person to continue living independently.
