Please see the above flyer for a taster session for art in the Cumann Na Daoine centre in Youghal. This is the first of several sessions where we are hoping to bring people from communities in the East Cork area together to experience a bit of art and mindfulness. No experience is necessary and we are all going to have a relaxing, fun time. I am CCing in my colleague Anne who is running the programme with me. I will send on the details for the longer course which will be 3 sessions long when I get conformations on the details.
I am working on wellbeing projects in the East Cork area and I will keep in touch with you with any classes that I think your community would enjoy.
Great to work with you previously in the Greywood Arts Centre in Killeagh, I had a fabulous turn out from your groups. It was very appreciated.
