For our 40th Anniversary Community Party, we’re inviting children up to age 12 to enter drawings on one of 4 themes:
Past – The Old School (1887–1985)
Present – Darrara CC (1985–2025)
Future – Darrara in 2087, or,

Storytelling Show with Pakie O’Callaghan “A Celebration of the Stories of Eamon Kelly”
Saturday 18th October 8 pm
Tickets €20 pp, plus online booking fee.
This aclaimed one-man show is a warm, witty, and nostalgic tribute to Ireland’s beloved master storyteller Eamon Kelly, brought to life by one of Cork’s finest — Pakie O’Callaghan, known from RTÉ’s Bull Island, Funny Friday, and Santa Ponsa or Bust.
Our AGM & Darrara Community Survey Results 2025 will take place on Tuesday, November 11th from 8–9.30 pm at Darrara Community Centre.
The evening will cover survey findings , yearly officer and financial reports , elections of officers , and more. Tea & refreshments will be served afterwards, and new faces will be warmly welcomed
We are delighted to launch our Winter Schedule 2025/26 Packed with activities and classes for all ages and interests, there’s something for everyone throughout the week.
From fitness sessions, yoga, pilates, and céilí dancing, to art, crochet, and community groups, you’ll find plenty to enjoy.
Our gym is open daily and our Old Clothes collection continues on an ongoing basis.
