A Better Way - New Course at The Hub Fermoy

 New personal development course “A Better Way”, starting Wednesday, February 4th at The Hub, Fermoy, 3 Brian Boru Square, Fermoy, Co Cork.

This four-session course is designed to help you understand yourself better, recognise the habits that hold you back, and learn healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.

“A Better Way” offers a supportive space to reflect, grow, and find a more compassionate way of relating to yourself and the world around you.

The course is limited to 12 participants to keep it small and interactive. Open to anyone aged 18+.

Cost: €40 for all four sessions (payable in advance). Places are first come, first served. Call Marie or Kevin for further information.
