‘Suicide Alertness Training for Everyone’
SafeTALK is a half-day workshop that prepares attendees, regardless of
prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper. This
training teaches how to identify people at risk of suicide and connect
them with intervention resources.
SafeTALK-trained helpers are an important part of suicide-safer
communities, working alongside intervention resources to identify those
at risk of suicide.
You do not need any prior training to attend safeTALK- just a willingness
to make a difference!
