AOSTA CONFERENCE FINAL FLING APRIL 19TH

Dear Member/ Friends of AOSTA, 

We are writing to you to announce that our organisation will be having its final event in April. With close to 40 years on the clock, we have decided that now is the most fitting time to hang up our boots-but not without a Final Fling-Our final AOSTA conference takes place on:  April 19th at the Springfort Hall Hotel, Doneraile. 

At this year's conference we will be showcasing 'Singing for the Brain' in the morning with a focus on Wellness and the importance of Exercise in the afternoon. Rosarie Crowley will talk to us about maintaining our mental health as we age. 

Lots of more enjoyable talks and inputs will be on the agenda as well such as Information on the new Rural Health initiative in North Cork and a new exciting project called Cultural Companions. 

There will be time to take a trip down memory Lane to reminisce on the work and role of AOSTA  down through the years 

The day will be compered by our friend, John Arnold from Bartlemy who no doubt will share a few stories and jokes on the day. As it is the last AOSTA event, we will be offering tickets at a much reduced cost -€10. And this will include a 3 course meal -Great value for an entertaining day out.
