Fermoy Community Health Project is delighted to be part of this upcoming initiative being hosted for the first time by Kilworth Community Council 'Health & Wellbeing Day for Older Adults' on Sunday, 27th September, from 2.00pm to 6.00pm at Scoil Mháirtín, Kilworth.
We look forward to meeting attendees and contributing to a wonderful afternoon focused on health, wellbeing, and community support. This community event will feature informative talks from local experts, covering a range of topics including healthy ageing, vaccinations, gut and brain health, support services, community wellbeing, and winter safety.
The afternoon will conclude with refreshments and music from the Kilworth Folk Group.
