Mallow Health Project is offering 6 weeks Chair Yoga classes for men @ €20.00 for 6 weeks at Mercy Centre , Mallow, commencing on Monday 10th June 11.30 am – 12. 30 pm.
If you know of any men that might be interested, or would benefit from these classes, please ask them to register with me @ 087-4335047.
These classes are free to Syrian and Ukrainians men, as they will be viewed as Taster classes for this cohort.
