Cork County Federation Muintir na Tire in Association with
Watergrasshill Community Council and Community Care would like to invite you
and members of your group to a Health Information Seminar and Social Evening in
the First Fruits Art Centre in Watergrasshill on Tuesday evening May 9th
at 7.30pm.
The evening will begin at with a talk by Nutritionist Siobhan Dalton who
will speak about how food affects pain and your mood and how you can learn how
to relieve pain and improve your mood by changing your diet. Siobhan will also hold a question and answer
session from the audience.
The evening will continue with refreshments and musical entertainment-
with an opportunity to dance if members of your group you feel so inclined!
