Monthly Health & Well Being Talk Fermoy

When:         Last Thursday of Every Month
Time:            11am – 12 noon
Where:        St. Frances Day Centre, Rathealy Road, Fermoy
Fermoy Community Health Worker Jacinta McCormack will continue hosting a series of monthly Health & Well-Being Information Talks; on a wide and varied range of topics throughout 2019.
On Thursday 28th March Aideen Connolly, Regional Community Worker with Multiple Sclerosis Ireland will deliver the March session.  Regional community workers provide information and support to the local MS community and they also provide opportunities for people with multiple sclerosis to explore their experience (especially around the time of diagnosis), to make choices in relation to aspects of their lives, to encourage independence, to discover and participate in the realisation of their choices.
**  These talks are FREE OF CHARGE and are open to everyone  **
Refreshments will be provided after the talk, giving attendees an opportunity to have a chat with the speaker at the end of each session.  Further details about these monthly talks can be found on the Fermoy Community Health Project Face book page or by contacting Jacinta directly on 085 8742320.
