The Dept. of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht have announced that the Markievicz Award will open for on-line applications via the Arts Council’s website on Tuesday 26th March. Awards to the value of €20k will be made to up to 5 artists/writers (either individual artists or collaborations). Closing date: 5.30pm Thursday 25th April 2019.
