Be Active Be Well is returning to Fermoy in November!
This programme is about helping inactive people to make positive physical activity changes. It is not an exercise class!! We do some light movements and focus our attention on setting our own personal goals and how to go about achieving them – this programme is open to all adults and completely free of charge for participants.
The programme explores their motivation to change and looks at why becoming more physically active is important. The programme is facilitated by HSE, Physical Activity Health Promotion Officers from the Health Promotion and Improvement Department, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare.
Be Active Be Well will run for 4 weeks, Tues 11th, 18th, 25th of November & 2nd of December, 1030-1230 @ Fermoy GAA Club.
Registration is essential – email hpd.south@hse.ie or phone 021- 4921641.
I have attached a poster if you could please circulate amongst your colleagues/local groups as well as family & friends!
Thank you for your time,
Odharnait
