Due to high demand, the Leading Remote Teams is running an extra course, commencing 30 October. Applications close 27 Oct!
Hi there,
Leading Remote Teams is a free 8-week course designed to help nonprofit leaders navigate the evolving world of remote work. As modern workplaces continue to change, this practical programme will give you the direction and confidence to plan effectively and lead remote teams to success.
Commencing on 30 October (and running until 16 December), this comprehensive course will cover:
- Building effective teams
- Communication and connection
- Employee well-being
- Remote team culture
- Managing performance
- Learning and development
- Change management.
Learning Environment
Taking place online and via live facilitated sessions, the action-driven course has a time commitment of 4-hours per a week:
- 1-hour live call per week
- 3-hours of self-paced learning in your own time on the online hub.
Successful completers will receive Grow Remote Digital Learning Badge and Certificate of Completion.
